About Us

Opened on April Fool’s Day in 1976 the Shape Shop began its quest to make healthy, delicious food that was fun, portion-controlled and available in a relaxed atmosphere. The Shape Shop’s name came from a contest held in Charleston, WV and has earned it’s honorable and respected reputation. The brain child of Millie Snyder, who is the Area Director for Weight Watchers in West Virginia – Millie wanted people to have healthy choices that could not be found anywhere else. While the Shape Shop is not a store strictly for Weight Watchers members, we cater to anyone, on any program, or just trying to live and eat in a healthier manner.

In 2000, a second Shape Shop opened in Huntington, WV. A dedicated staff handles the day-to-day needs of our Huntington customers – while just this year we have been fortunate to open our third installment in Morgantown, WV and it has been met with wild enthusiasm!

Eat in or carry out – stock up on frozen dinners for your freezer – or stock up on our fabulous Take-Home soups! Bring the kids in for a special treat or bring a girlfriend for a delicious and healthy lunch. We truly meet every need.
